Chain broke within one hour of having it on. I was just standing doing my makeup and it fell right off my neck. I let the shop owner know and she told me it's not broken and to fix it myself. Poor customer service, avoid purchasing.

Shipping took a lot longer than expected. Item didn't arrive in time for a friends birthday, but I know she'll still be happy to get it as a belated gift
